I joined Carlsberg in 2004, and Carlsberg is very special in Serbia so I find my job very attractive. It involves a lot of travelling in the region and I work with sales, marketing and business development. I am single and live and work in Novi Sad.
My job is very challenging. I work with all new projects in the commercial area. I do market research and produce new business proposals for the home market – that is Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro. Luckily, I’m working with very experienced people.
My first job was in Poland
I saw an advert on the internet and my first job was actually in Poland working with SAP implementation. It’s exciting to be a part of an international company because you get to know other cultures and share experiences.
I want to learn
My colleagues are all young, innovative and proactive. We have a very good and open relationship, and I think there are lots of opportunities for me in Carlsberg. I want to build a career and learn in detail how Carlsberg operates in areas like finance and logistics.
