Are you full of energy and ready for a change? Tempted by the idea of working in a dynamic, international environment? If so, we suggest you check out our Graduate Programme.

Our graduates work for 12 months in a local Carlsberg company and a further 12 months in a Carlsberg business in another country. The programme is based on the learning-by-doing philosophy, but you will also receive excellent off-the-job-training with other graduates at the Carlsberg International Conference Centre in Copenhagen.

Of course, it’s entirely up to you to create your own career path, but we will guide and support you along the way.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced business environment and working abroad will give you an excellent opportunity to build your functional and business knowledge - not to mention the multi-cultural networks that you can draw on later in your career.

Emelie Persson from Sweden joined
the programme in January 2007
