Human Resources

IT
While much of our IT is outsourced, we still need experts internally to help identify, develop and manage the systems and solutions our business and our employees rely on.

Procurement
Our purchasing departments have to source and purchase everything from the malt and hops for our beer to new equipment and vehicles, or marketing materials and professional services. Many are also involved in buying third party brands so we can provide a complete drinks service to our customers.

Marketing
The development of our brands is key to our success and to building stronger relationships with our consumers and customers. Can you create campaigns that will excite people and make them choose our brands, or develop activities that will help our customers sell more Carlsberg beer?

Sales
Working in sales for Carlsberg could take you into the head offices of the biggest supermarkets and retailers, or to small, independent bars, pubs and restaurants. We also have telesales teams to maintain that important regular contact with all our customers and promote our special offers.

Customer Services
If you’re good with people, you could work in our customer services departments. In many locations, lines are open 24 hours a day to take incoming orders, deal with delivery or technical queries and handle consumer enquiries.

Property
Carlsberg’s many offices and properties don’t run themselves. Each needs a team to manage the vital services from heating and lighting to catering and cleaning. And we have specialists at a more strategic level to manage new property acquisitions and local estate issues.

Health, Safety & Environment
It’s our duty to ensure the health and safety of all our employees, and of anyone who comes into contact with Carlsberg.
