Quality Assurance
Our quality teams monitor the quality and safety of every ingredient and every beer from production to the end of its shelf life. That can involve conducting analytical and microbiological analyses, checking processes, auditing suppliers and – best of all – beer tasting!

Packaging
The beer can’t get to the consumer until it’s packaged into casks, kegs, cans or bottles. Our packaging teams play a vital role in managing the cleaning, filling, checking and labelling processes.

Engineering
Any production environment relies on the smooth and efficient operation of its plant and machinery. Every Carlsberg brewery has teams of specialist engineers working round the clock to maintain and improve our production processes.

Systems
Our high-tech breweries are dependent on IT for monitoring and controlling processes and analysing production information. Systems teams work with production to support their IT systems and develop new applications to improve their processes.

Planning
How much of each beer will our customers want and when? What materials do we need to buy to produce it and when do we need them? These are the questions our planning teams have to answer to ensure we can brew the right amounts at the right time in the most efficient way.
