Specifically Carlsberg IT is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Network architects who can bridge business needs to the Network environment and help us improve the quality of our Network services.
We are looking for candidate with a strong conceptual understanding of Network and practical experience in design, configuration, management and support of Network.

Your new job:
The Network Management function in Carlsberg has just recently been established. The primary reason for building such a function is to dedicate resources to improve the quality of Network services delivered by our service provider.
The scope and responsibilities of the Network Management function is Carlsberg's European WAN, LAN, VPN and central Internet access.
As a Senior Network Architect you will report to the Network Manager and you will be instrumental in our efforts to improve quality of Network services
Since all of our Network services are outsourced, then governance of our Network provider is a large part of the position alongside with involvement in design considerations, evaluation of technical changes to the Network architecture, advising IT Services Management on operational issues and support technical solution developments

Responsibilities
Govern external partners to ensure integration of the technical network architectures into the operational and business architectures
Ensure solution compliance to Carlsberg standards and principles.
Manages and communicates the technical Network infrastructure, liaison between Carlsberg, IBM and 3rd party suppliers.
Evaluates technical changes to the Network architecture and assess impact on Carlsberg
Advise IT Services Management on the appropriate action to take.
Support technical solution developments and implementation to satisfy business requirements
Evaluate recommended solutions and rationale, including full costs to ensure compliance with Carlsberg strategy
What we expect from you:
In depth knowledge of network infrastructure / technologies
Solid IT operational knowledge
Solid experience with government of external vendors
Knowledge of the industry
University degree
Fluent in English
