Carlsberg's ComEx team is looking for ambitious candidates to take part in the next wave of Commercial Excellence roll-out of Best Practice Worldwide in Eastern Europe/CIS.

As part of Carlsberg's ComEx programme you are an important player in rolling out projects, where the purpose is to implement sales and marketing best practices in our local markets. Together with local management, a local project team and a ComEx team of 3-4 specialists, you drive the implementation of and follow-up on projects. The projects are short and intensive and based in the local countries.

You assist in conducting analyses, identify key issues and improvement initiatives creating concrete financial impact. Furthermore you are responsible for implementing Best Practice tools and processes that enable the subsidiaries to build world class sales and marketing organisations. You are responsible for keeping project momentum and deadlines, and manage project resources. Your goal is to make sure that Best Practice tools, processes and frameworks are used locally by defining clear goals and follow-up.

You report to the Director for the ComEx organisation. Besides project management, you also participate in driving ad hoc commercial development projects in Carlsberg, e.g. developing portfolio/category strategies.

Solid Analytics Skills and Project Management Experience in Marketing/Sales

  • Solid professional experience within Marketing and/or Sales from FMCG or consultancy, preferably in a European or international setting.
  • Master degree/MBA or equivalent
  • Project management experience - you are used to deal with many interfaces, roll-out of commercial projects, and to keep within tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Russian language and culture will be an advantage.
  • High level of travelling, where you will be away for longer periods of time.
