Slavutich, part of Carlsberg Group is seeking business focused and energetic HR professional for a very dynamic Ukrainian organization, consisting of three breweries.
The focus of this position will be to develop HR strategy in conjunction with the key stakeholders that will deliver commercial success and provide the organization with competitive edge. Promote HR policies and processes which are in line with best practice, meet the business needs and adhere to the increasing regulations which the business faces.
The job is based in Kiev, Ukraine. You will be member of young and very dynamic top management team and will have overall HR responsibility for three breweries in Ukraine - Kiev, Zaporozhje and Lviv.
Job responsibilities:
- Work closely with CEO and be a partner with the management team to build up a team and business culture which will ensure the delivery of strategic vision for the business;
- Develop, gain commitment to and deliver an ongoing strategic HR plan;
- Lead and direct HR function covering all HR activities, implement and review HR processes, policies, tools and systems;
- Understand and handle effectively the current system of reward, performance management, labour regulations and local social and welfare law;
- Provide, design and coordinate all training activity within the company;
- Ensure that the business can attract, motivate, develop and retain talents through effective resourcing, training and development, performance management and reward strategies. Maintain a positive employee relations environment and ensure uniform and consistent application of organization policies and procedures.
Personal qualifications/competences:
- Strong strategic thinker, able to translate concepts into tangible HR plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to identify the differences between formal and informal organizational structures
- Strong leader, team oriented and be able to build a high-performance team
- High working capacity, flexibility and drive
- Developed coaching skills
- Positive attitude
Professional qualifications:
- Education: University degree/MBA
- Job experience: 3-4 years of HR management experience at senior management level, evidence of continuous professional development demonstrating up to date capabilities in required areas.
- Language: Fluent in English and Russian
