Carlsberg Group Procurement is currently looking for a student assistant to assist in the daily work of the department, 15-20 hours a week, starting mid/end September.

Group Procurement is responsible for the procurement of both materials used for our production (direct procurement) and the non-material costs such as marketing, services, IT, etc. (indirect procurement). The department is divided into 5 main categories each responsible for developing and implementing category strategies within the Carlsberg Group. The Group Procurement organization reports to the CFO and works closely with a range of internal stakeholders such as supply chain, marketing, HR, etc..


The Operations category is responsible for IT, HR, facility management, travel, insurance and logistics. You will become an important member of the procurement department supporting business activities and strategic work within the Operations category.


Your main areas of responsibility includes:

  • Assisting in current and future strategic projects.
  • Responsible for smaller procurement projects.
  • Responsible for improving and maintaining Carlsberg current travel set-up in close corporation with internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting with day to day administrative tasks.
  • Support tactical and operational procurement tasks.


We expect you to:

  • Study a master degree on CBS, DTU, KU or similar and have 1-2 years left of your studies.
  • Write and speak English fluently.
  • Have an interest in procurement.
  • Be energetic, self driven and result-oriented.
  • Have strong analytical and communicative skills.
  • Be a team player with a good sense of humour.
  • Have good IT skills, especially within Microsoft Office.
