Carlsberg entered into a licence agreement with Carib Brewery Ltd. in 2002.
Carib Brewery is the market leader in Trinidad & Tobago, primarily driven by strong local brands. It is part of the ANSA McAl group, which is one of the leading enterprises in the area.
Carlsberg is also produced in Granada via a local agreement with Granada Breweries. This ensures the distribution of Carlsberg to most of the Eastern Caribbean States.
