It is the third time that Baltika Breweries takes first prize for best HR project. This year, it was in the category of 'Best Personnel Project for HR Changes' for the company's integrated approach to creating both an advanced training infrastructure for production personnel and at the same increasing the efficiency of the production line operators.
Baltika's HR project was evaluated and recognised as the best in the category by an expert commission consisting of PhDs, professors from state universities, representatives from the Committee on Labour & Employment of Saint-Petersburg, social organisations, and HR-practitioners.
