Carlsberg Srbija, has been working on the recycling and return of cans at public events to help promote awareness and care for the environment.
In cooperation with RECAN, the organization for recycling and the return of used drink cans, the initiative has taken place in Belgrade for two years in a row. The event is designed to present the cans used by Carlsberg Srbija and supplied by Ball Packaging Europe as a sustainable form of packaging.
We have also been involved with RECAN at the Tuborg Green Festival 2008 where visitors could dispose of their spent drinking cans in special containers for recycling.
Responsible packaging is an integral part of Carlsberg Group’s policies towards greener packaging and a cleaner environment.
