For a period of two years, Carlsberg Serbia as taken part in conservation project and organized three separate cleaning programs at Dundjerski Park in Celarevo as part of its community engagement policy.
The project has been undertaken by more than 200 employees of our Celarevo brewery and involved the refurbishment and cleaning of three different areas within the Park including roadsides and lawns.
ACTIVE PARTICIPATION
Dundjerski Park is considered to be an important part of the history and heritage of Celarevo and Serbia as a whole. The care of its buildings and open spaces serves the vital purpose of preserving the area for the local community and visitors from all over the world.
Our involvement in the program was covered by the local media and reinforced our reputation as an active participant in local community events.
Increasing awareness of heritage and company involvement in the communities where we work all form a part of Carlsberg´s CSR policies and worldwide strategy.
