Since the beginning of its business operations in the Serbian market Carlsberg Srbija has positioned itself as a socially aware company. In order to create closer insight the Carlsberg Srbija presented a summary of all realized projects in 2007 and once again confirmed itself as a partner to the local community. The Environmental report for 2008 and plans for 2009, along with the latest investments and operations regarding the Water waste system implementation in Celarevo were presented in June 2009.
The goal of the Green Frog Award is to become a symbol that helps to increase environmental awareness among companies in the region. At Carlsberg, we are always looking for ways to reduce our impact on the natural environment and we have prioritised the environment as one of our key CSR focus areas. Carlsberg Srbija will continue to initiate these types of campaigns in order to help promote the issue of environment protection in the local community by increasing awareness of its centrality to everyday life.
