In our Case Studies map you’ll find information on the current projects and initiatives that we are involved in.

  • In Russia Carlsberg Baltika has introduced Beer Patrol at events we sponsor to combat underage drinking, where teams of volunteers “patrol” the public to ensure that minors are not involved in the consumption of beer.

  • In Serbia, Carlsberg Serbia has taken part in a program for Designated Drivers to avoid the risks of Drink Driving with the help of local radio stations and competitions to raise awareness of the designated driver program.

  • At Carlsberg UK, we invited a top sports personality to a forum with students to talk about sensible drinking as part of a healthy lifestyle, a format that has proved very successful with the younger audience.

Go to our stories to find out more on these and other initiatives we are involved in.  We also work with local partners such as Brewers’ Unions to promote the enjoyment of our product and reduce the harmful effects of its misuse.

In Poland, our Brewers´ Union has been responsible for a nationwide campaign to prevent the sale of alcohol to minors.

In Moscow and St Petersburg, 150,000 warning signs have been distributed prohibiting the sale of alcohol to minors as part of a “Don’t Drink if you’re Under 18” campaign

At Carlsberg, we’re clear on beer. We will support action that encourages responsible drinking and  we are committed to combating its misuse.
