Carlsberg's disposal of shares at a nominal value of DKK 43.2 million in Royal Copenhagen 

With reference to information of today from Royal Copenhagen to The Copenhagen Stock Exchange Carlsberg A/S has agreed to sell nom. 43.2 million shares in Royal Copenhagen to a company owned by the Swedish Rausing-family.
