Today, Carlsberg A/S held an extraordinary general meeting at the Company's headquarters.
The proposals from the Supervisory Board regarding a change of article 30, sub-article 1 (number of managing directors in the Company) and of article 34, sub-article 1 (fiscal year to follow calendar year) were both accepted.
