T. Bolloev resigns as president of Baltika, the number one brewery in Russia.
Baltic Beverages Holding AB (BBH), 50/50 owned by Carlsberg A/S and Scottish & Newcastle plc has today announced that Mr. T. Bolloev has decided to resign as president of Baltika Brewing Company by year end.
Mr. A. Artemiev who has been a member of the Baltika Board of Directors since 2001 has been appointed as acting President as of January 1, 2005.
