As previously announced, Lars Kjær, vice-president Division Danmark, is leaving his position as head of Carlsberg A/S' Danish beer division to become managing director of InWear Group A/S. That change will take place from February 1.
Accordingly, it has been decided that from February 1, 2000, Division Danmark will become a part of the Nordic Region. As a result, managing director Nils S. Andersen will be responsible for the Danish beer division at the corporate level. Nils S. Andersen will also control day-to-day activities within Division Danmark until a replacement is found for Lars Kjær.
