At the end of 2011, the Carlsberg Foundation owned 30% of the shares and held 75% of the votes in Carlsberg A/S.
In accordance with section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, OppenheimerFunds, Inc. has notified Carlsberg that it holds more than 5% of the share capital in Carlsberg A/S.
By end 2011, Carlsberg had approximately 58,000 registered shareholders, together holding nominal capital of DKK 2,833m, corresponding to 93% of the share capital.
