With reference to announcement no. 24 of 12 June 2008 regarding completion of a rights issue, Carlsberg A/S hereby announces that the stabilization period has expired. BNP Paribas, Danske Markets (a division of Danske Bank A/S), Lehman Brothers International (Europe) and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S were the Joint Global Coordinators and stabilization agents in connection with the rights issue.
The Joint Global Coordinators have informed the company that no stabilizing measures have been taken in Carlsberg A/S’ shares within the stabilization period.
