Carlsberg Breweries A/S has increased its shareholding in Carlsberg Okocim S.A. in Poland through the acquisition of 3.5 per cent of the share capital from the German brewery Bitburger. The shares are acquired at a price of DKK 28 million.
The acquisition will not influence the financial results for 2003.
