Pepra Saison is E.C. Dahls' interpretation of the classical Belgian farmhouse, subtly enhanced by the ancient herb hyssop and a fragrant kick of white pepper. Hyssop has been grown in Norway since living memory and has beautiful blue flowers, actually the same shade of blue as the label. The herb gives the beer an aromatic and lightly bitter taste that works together with the characteristic flavor of white pepper.
Enjoy together with pepper crab, spicy pork or chicken, braised or grilled pork neck, duck confit or cheeses.
