Falcon Bayerskt has its roots in Germany, from the time era when all lagers still were dark. Today, Falcon Bayerskt is darker than a light lager but lighter than a dark lager. Roasted malt gives the Falcon Bayerskt a beautiful copper color, extra character and a taste of bread, herbs and muesli with a balanced amount of hops that brings a mild bitterness. The foam contains scents of bread, herbs, tropical fruit and dark syrup.
The bitterness makes Falcon Bayerskt perfect with creamy consistencies as and cream sauce, but also with fatter fish as tuna and salty dishes as cheese.
