Prior to joining Carlsberg, Cees was CEO of the Dutch dairy company Royal FrieslandCampina, a position which he had held since 2008. Prior to FrieslandCampina, Cees spent 25 years with Unilever, holding positions across Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia. His last position at Unilever was as a member of the Europe Executive Board. Cees is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KLM and member of the Board of AFKLM.

Prior to joining Carlsberg, Heine held the CFO position at ISS, one of the world’s largest facility services companies. He came to ISS in 2013, prior to the company’s IPO in 2014. Before ISS, he was Group CFO at Grundfos, a leading global pump manufacturer. Heine’s previous experience includes various senior management and financial positions at companies such as Carpetland, Hewlett Packard and Arthur Andersen. Heine is member of the Board of Directors of Novozymes and Pandora.

Søren joined Carlsberg’s commercial team in 2005. During his career at Carlsberg, he has held various management positions at Group, regional and market level. From 2009 to 2019, he was managing director in Denmark, Norway and Greece, while most recently, he was Sr. Vice President Asia.

Graham was EVP Asia from 2016 to 2021. He joined Carlsberg in connection with the S&N acquisition in 2008 and has strong experience in the global drinks business on the back of a wide range of sales and marketing roles since 1991 for Grand Metropolitan plc, Foster's Brewing Group and S&N plc across Western and Eastern Europe.

Lars joined Carlsberg in 2003 and has held various leading positions within the Group, including Managing Director of Baltika Breweries in Russia, Managing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia, Vice President Commercial for Eastern Europe and head of the Export, License & Duty Free division.

Leo Evers will join Carlsberg from Heineken, where he since 1990 has held several managerial positions, most recently as Managing Director of Heineken Vietnam and Regional Managing Director APAC. As the latter, he was responsible Singapore, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand, Laos, Sri Lanka, Philippines, New Caledonia and Solomon Islands.

João joined Carlsberg in 2016 as VP for smaller markets in the Western Europe region. In 2017, he became Managing Director of our French business Kronenbourg. Before joining Carlsberg, he was CCO and later managing director of Super Bock in Portugal. Earlier in his career, João held a range of sales and marketing roles at Unilever.

Victor joined Carlsberg from PepsiCo in 2015 as Vice President for our supply chain in Asia. Victor has a broad experience from various supply chain roles during his career. Since 2020, he has been leading our global D&I Council, overseeing our efforts to drive a more inclusive workplace across the Group.
