Executive Committee

The role of the Executive Committee is to drive the Group’s strategic development and ensure alignment and clear objectives across the Group.

Cees 't Hart

Cees 't Hart

CEO since 2015.

Prior to joining Carlsberg, Cees was CEO of the Dutch dairy company Royal FrieslandCampina, a position which he had held since 2008. Prior to FrieslandCampina, Cees spent 25 years with Unilever, holding positions across Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia. His last position at Unilever was as a member of the Europe Executive Board.

Heine Dalsgaard

Heine Dalsgaard

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2016.

Prior to joining Carlsberg, Heine held the CFO position at ISS, one of the world’s largest facility services companies. He came to ISS in 2013, prior to the company’s IPO in 2014. Before ISS, he was Group CFO at Grundfos, a leading global pump manufacturer. Heine’s previous experience includes various senior management and financial positions at companies such as Carpetland, Hewlett Packard and Arthur Andersen.

Christopher Warmoth

Christopher Warmoth

Executive Vice President, Group Strategy since 2019.

Chris first joined Carlsberg as Senior Vice President, Asia in 2014. During his tenure with the Group, he has been heading up Funding the Journey and, most recently, he was head of Group Strategy. Before Carlsberg, Chris worked for H.J. Heinz, where he held various management positions in Continental and Eastern Europe and the Far East, with his last position being Executive VP for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Heinz, Chris worked for The Coca-Cola Company and P&G.

Jacek Pastuszka

Jacek Pastuszka

Executive Vice President, Western Europe since 2019.

Jacek joined Carlsberg in 2009 as CEO of Carlsberg Polska. From 2011 to 2014, he was CEO of Ringnes, Carlsberg’s Norwegian subsidiary. And in 2015 he became Managing Director of Baltika Breweries. Prior to joining Carlsberg, Jacek was CEO of American International Group (AIG) in Poland. He has also held senior managerial positions in Procter & Gamble both in Poland and internationally and in Danone Dairy in Poland and the Baltic States. Jacek is based in St Petersburg.

Graham Fewkes

Graham Fewkes

Executive Vice President, Asia since 2016.

Graham joined Carlsberg in connection with the S&N acquisition in 2008. Graham has strong experience in the global drinks business on the back of a wide range of sales and marketing roles since 1991 for Grand Metropolitan plc, Foster's Brewing Group and S&N plc across Western and Eastern Europe.

Lars Lehmann

Lars Lehmann

Executive Vice President, Eastern Europe since 2019.

Lars joined Carlsberg in 2003 and has held various leading positions within the Group, including Vice President Commercial for Eastern Europe and head of the Export, License & Duty Free division. Before being appointed Managing Director of Baltika Breweries in 2019, Lars served as the Managing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia.

Philip A. Hodges

Philip A. Hodges

Executive Vice President, Group Supply Chain since 2017

Phil comes with extensive senior executive experience in supply chain and finance. He is joining us from SAB Miller, where he was designated as Head of Global Supply Chain (prior to the AB InBev acquisition). Before that, Phil was SVP Integrated Supply Chain Europe at Mondélez from 2011 to 2015, where he started to work in 1991 and during his tenure held a large number of senior executive and management roles in supply chain, general management, finance and strategy in various countries, amongst them the US, the UK, Italy and Singapore. 

João Abecasis

João Abecasis

Chief Commercial Officer since 2019.

João joined Carlsberg in 2016 as VP for smaller markets in the Western Europe region. In 2017, he became Managing Director of our French business Kronenbourg. Before joining Carlsberg, he was CCO and later managing director of Super Bock in Portugal. Earlier in his career, João held a range of sales and marketing roles at Unilever.

Executive Board

The Executive Board consists of the group's CEO and CFO. They are not members of the Supervisory Board but do attend Supervisory Board meetings.

The Supervisory Board appoints the CEO and other members of the Executive Board. Led by the CEO, the Executive Board is responsible for the preparation and implementation of strategic plans.
